Neutrality Arch is considered to be the highest building in the world and rated almost by all travelers.
This is 95-meter-high building as the massive lighthouse goes through a white temple and defined to be the tallest monument in Turkmenistan. It is decorated by three pylons connected by disks and rings, signifying the health and strength of Turkmenistan. It is worth travelling here and see as the first site. On the way you will see a café-bar with panorama view, situated at an altitude of 21.5 meters. There is also a transparent elevator that can move to the height of 50 m. The amazing building has 12-meter sculptural alignment, where settled framework of a flag as well as a golden statue of the first president of Turkmenistan – Saparmurat Niyazov which is laying to the blue sky.
The monument is made by white marble. Its pylons and the lower tube are adorned with bas-reliefs showing the rich history of Turkmenistan. The vertical part of the pylons is enclosed by five Turkmen tribes, bronze rings with national ornaments of Turkmen carpets.
Moving inside the monument, there is the Museum of Neutrality, committed to the pages of modern history of Turkmenistan. There is a park area with fountains, gazebos and a café around the Monument of Neutrality. Being there in the evening you will see fantastic night colors.
