Weaving silk carpets is a time-consuming work which is mainly done by women. First of all they must paint the yarn, dry it and begin the main work. The average carpet takes from one to six months, sometimes even to a year depending on the size and patterns. Ladies here create carpets of amazing colors and patterns which are known far beyond the country. The products in this factory are also unique because the coloring materials are made of organic colors: walnut, pomegranate, madder and indigo.
